This link provides a movie of the emission distribution in ionized carbon (CII) in red and in molecular carbon monoxide (CO) in blue in the Cygnus X region (2.8 MB) in different velcotcity ranges. The first channel corrsponds to -10.1 km/s and goes then in steps of 0.5 km/s until 19.9 km/s. The prominent star-forming regions DR21 and W75N are indicated.
