Conference participants are responsible for their arrangements for accommodation. Nevertheless, we have secured special rates for participants at the Conference Venue, Hotel Enjoy in Puerto Varas, and the other three hotels around the conference venue.
If you decide to arrive earlier and stay longer, hotels have guaranteed rates for two days before the conference and two days after the meeting.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Foreign travelers are exempt from paying 19% VAT (IVA) for their hotel stay in Chile.
All prices listed do NOT include VAT.
All hotels require that each foreign guest present his/her passport tourist card upon check-in & checkout.
Notice / Warning: Please be aware that the conference has exclusively secured prices for the hotels listed below. Any hotel or organization will NOT contact you unless you write to them first. We have not and will not provide private or institutional emails or information to any of the accommodation locations listed below.
We post this NOTICE as some participants have received unauthorized emails and phone calls offering accommodation, supposedly on behalf of the conference organizers. Do not respond to these!

Hotel Cabañas Del Lago Puerto Varas offers an older style of accommodation. It features a restaurant, a heated indoor swimming pool, and a fitness center; its infrastructure includes guestrooms and apartments. *Breakfast included.
